Looking for a flatmate to share a 2BHK in Western Hills Phase 2, Pune.

Hi everyone! I’m Ashok, looking for a flatmate to share a 2BHK at **Western Hills Phase 2, Pune**. https://maps.app.goo.gl/fbmQyYdTKu1jhQ7G7 A little about me: I’m originally from Rajasthan, a game designer from NID Bengaluru, and currently working as a Creative Technologist at Altcore, an immersive tech startup. I moved to Pune about three months ago. Outside work, I’m into calisthenics, cooking, embroidery, and table tennis. I’m a vegetarian, but comfortable sharing the home with someone who isn’t. I enjoy a good party and also value a clean, peaceful home. **About the available room:** - Master bedroom with an attached balcony, attached bathroom, and AC. - Rent: **₹20,000/month** for the room. Total flat rent is ₹38,000. - Top-floor flat with lovely ventilation and plenty of fresh air. - Spacious kitchen, living room, and appliances including a fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove, chimney, and water purifier. - The kitchen also has an 3-burner stove, water purifier, washing machine, oven, fridge, utensils, and everyday essentials. The owner is sweet and easygoing—he simply expects us to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and be considerate of the neighbours. Looking for someone friendly, mindful of shared spaces, and particular about keeping the house clean. Bonus if you’re up for a workout, a game of table tennis, or cooking together occasionally!
