WHO WE ARE There are currently two flatmates, and we're looking for one more person to complete the 3BHK. Both of us work in MNCs, are easy-going and pretty chill. We're looking for someone who is: Clean and hygienic Respectful of shared spaces Respectful of privacy and personal boundaries Easy-going and responsible We are looking for pet-friendly people because we have a cat. MAID / COOK We already have a maid who comes twice a day for cooking and cleaning. Cooking + Cleaning: ₹4,000/person/month This is completely optional. If you only want cleaning/maid services, the cost would be approximately ₹500–₹1,000/month, depending on what you negotiate with her. RENT & OTHER COSTS Monthly rent: ₹23,500 Includes maintenance. Security deposit: ₹66,666 ₹2,00,000 total deposit divided equally between 3 people. One-time setup cost: ₹10,000 The ₹10,000 setup contribution is towards things we've recently purchased/repaired for the apartment, including: Kitchen utensils and household setup Washing machine repairs Refrigerator repairs Other apartment repairs and setup expenses ZERO BROKERAGE There is absolutely no brokerage for you. We ourselves paid approximately ₹60,000 in brokerage when we got the apartment, but we're not passing any brokerage cost on to the new flatmate.
