I’m Arpan, and I’m posting on behalf of my flatmate Karan, who’ll be moving out on **22nd November**. We’re looking for someone friendly to take over his room and become a part of our home! We live in a beautiful, spacious **2,500 sq. ft. 3BHK apartment** at Bidare Residency Apartments, Vijaya Bank Layout, Bilekahalli. I’m originally from West Bengal, and my other flatmate is from Jammu & Kashmir. We’re both working professionals and have a friendly, easy-going atmosphere at home. We’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel comfortable here, enjoy the space, and make it their home too. Whether you’re new to Bangalore or simply looking for a better living setup, you’re more than welcome to come over, meet us, and see if the place feels right for you! **Rent & Other Details** - **Monthly rent:** ₹19,251 (including maintenance) - **Security deposit:** ₹33,333 (one-third of the ₹1 lakh apartment deposit) - **One-time setup cost:** ₹5,000 (slightly negotiable) **Move-in date:** The room will be available from 22nd November, once Karan moves out.
